Alle considers himself a “Fender guy,” primarily playing a Fender Telecaster equipped with a couple of American hand-wound pickups through a Fender Twin “Pro Tube” amp or a Fender Bassman '59 Reissue amp. He also owns a vintage Italian FBT amp from the 1960s and an 80s solid-state Rozz amp. For acoustic sets, he plays a Martin 000-17 equipped with a 1950s DeArmond soundhole pickup or a 1958 Hofner archtop guitar.
